There are 2 ways to communicate with HQCS via Freshconnect.


Freshconnect Mobile App (recommended) 

  1. Download the Freshconnect app from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:

  2. Key in challengertechnologieslimited as Freshconnect domain
  3. Click on "Join Discussion Now"


  4. If you’ve been invited through your group email:
    - Key in First name as [Store ID], eg: BS
    - Key in Last name as Feedback
    - Create & confirm password
    - Activate your account
    - Share password with team member


  5. Swipe left or right to change between different views


  6. You will receive notifications as long as you are logged in

Freshconnect via web browser (on PC)


Note: If you’ve decided not to download the Freshconnect app, please access only through your PC. Otherwise, you may be linked to a blank page or download app.


  1. Click “Join the discussion now” on your PC
  2. First time account activation:
    If you’ve been invited through your group email:
    - Key in First name as [Store ID], eg: BS
    - Key in Last name as Feedback
    - Create & confirm password
    - Activate your account
    - Share password with team member

  3. Ways to reply:
    - Click on the name you wish to address to.
    - Key in @, then type in the name you wish to address to eg:@brandon.
    - Or simply type the message.


  4. Collaboration

  5. You may also invite someone else to help solve this ticket. It can be an individual, internal group email or external party such as  vendor by clicking on “Invite a collaborator to discussion”.  The recipient follows the same one time activation process so do inform them of our Freshconnect domain: challengertechnologieslimited


    Add the recipient’s email address if his name is not found. This is not available on the Freshconnect app.
