The top 3 full-time staff with most votes stand to win attractive prizes. 

 

This is how it works:

  1. Staff or customer may initiate 
  2. All votes must have an actual transaction so do guide the customer on how to vote after payment
  3. There will be an error message if the member performs the scan before payment
  4. The vote must be submitted on the same day as the transaction
  5. Scan to vote:
    1. Member to log in ValueClub app and scan staff QR code via Staff App
    2. Non-member to download ValueClub App and select "scan and vote for your favourite staff" to scan staff QR code; key in the receipt no.
  1. Repeat the process to vote for multiple staff


If the ValueClub app is not showing these new functions, please check or perform the below:

Ensure that ValueClub app is version v2.5.6.30 and above

Clear App cache and load again
